HireNexora candidate identity and discovery notice

HireNexora creates one candidate-owned profile that you can reuse across recruitment organizations. Your profile is hidden from directory search unless you opt in. If you enable discovery, verified recruitment organizations can see only the professional fields you approve—such as your name, headline, location and skills. They cannot see your email, phone, applications, client relationships or other organization links. Approval-required mode asks you before a new organization is connected. Pre-approved mode allows a verified organization to connect and notifies you each time. Neither option authorizes submission to a client or a job; those permissions remain separate. You may change discovery or recruitment availability, correct your profile, withdraw an organization relationship and exercise applicable data rights.
